Return Policy
If your item has been damaged during shipping, we will make every effort to replace it by a similar item. As all items are handcrafted, they are one of a kind and the replaced item may not be exactly the same as the original one. If we cannot replace the item by one which matches the original item closely or if the item is out of stock, we will contact you. Please give us your e-mail address and/or phone or fax number.
When an item arrived damaged please inform us as soon as possible by e-mail us (support@e-maginativegifts.com) that an item has been damaged and give us specifics about the item (order number, description of item and price). Please also inform us of the date that you have sent back the item to us, so that we can keep track of its arrival.
If you wish to return an item for another reason than damage during shipping, please include in your e-mail the reason for the return. Please indicate if you would like to be credited (to the original credit card only) or would prefer an item exchange. If you are exchanging an item, please give specifics (order number, description of item and price) of the item you would like to receive. In case the exchanged item costs more than the original item, please include a check for the price difference with the returned item.
Please verify your name and shipping address when returning an item and pack the item securely, in the original package if possible. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
