e-maginative gifts imports products directly from women and women cooperatives in many countries. Some of these are selected on trips we made, others are found via the web or contacted directly by e-mail. These pages provide some photo galleries of cooperatives we visited who supply products for e-maginativegfits. These photo galleries also show some of the children, families and communities that benefit from the efforts of e-maginativegifts. Click on any of the Photo Galleries and then on Slidshow to start the viewing. After the slideshow close the window to return to this page.

La Paz, Visit to Alpaca workshop which produces Alpaca wool scarves, hats and gloves for e-maginativegifts. On the same trip we also visited Wilma Fernandez our fosterchild, who lives in Sullcatiti Titiri with her grandfather Antonio and her grandmother Leandra. The visit took us to the Altiplano in the rugged Andes Mountains. Wilma, born 20 February 1991, still attends school. She had a wonderful smile when I brought her a new dress.

Quito. South of Quito we visited a shop that offered colorful decorations and hand-woven baskets sold by e-maginativegifts. This shop was on the way to Buena Esperanza where we visited Maria Lourdes Agurto, another fosterchild.. Buena Esperanza is all the way south, close to the border with Peru. The images show Clotilde Agurto, mother of Maria Lourdes, Victor Agurto, father of Maria Lourdes, her two brothers and only sister (at that time). The little girl holding my hand in the shool gathering is Maria Lourdes.
