Using the shopping cart (order)

Using the shopping cart is easy. Once you have decided to purchase an item that interests you, simply click the "add to cart" button. This button can be found under the description of the item. After clicking the button, a page will be displayed describing the items contained in the shopping bag.

If you wish to buy multiple quantities of an item you have placed in your shopping cart, change the number in the "quantity" column and click the "recalculate" button at the bottom of the page to update the items in your shopping cart.

If you wish to delete an item in your shopping cart, click the "delete line" button that appears to the extreme right of any item in your shopping cart. Click the "recalculate" button to update the items in your shopping cart.

If you prefer to wait until another day to purchase an item, click the "move to list" button that appears to the right of any item in your shopping cart. This will move the item below the cart to a list of saved items that you may buy in the future. Click the "view shopping list" button and the "move to cart" button to the right of an item you saved when you are ready to purchase it.

Click the "continue shopping" button if you wish to return to the store to purchase more items, or click "checkout" to complete your order.

If you prefer not to place your order electronically, you may e-mail or fax us your order. Please send for each item the following: order number, item description, quantity ordered, unit price, total price, shipping charges, Virginia sales tax (5.0%) if applicable, and your chosen method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, money order or personal check). Payment information

e-maginativegifts.com accepts the following credit cards: VISA, Discover, MasterCard and American Express. You may also use an e-maginativegifts Virtual Gift Card to pay for your
order. Be sure to sign into your account to apply the balance of the Virtual Gift Card to your order total. If your Virtual Gift Card doesn't cover the amount of your purchase, you will need to enter the balance using a valid credit card. All payment decisions are in the billing section of the checkout process.

All pages containing personal information are obtained using a secure connection. To learn more about privacy and security, go the home page, point the cursor on "about" and click "privacy" and/or "security".

If you have questions about your VISA, Discover or MasterCard credit cards, please
contact your credit card company directly.

If you prefer not to pay by credit card, you may e-mail us your order and pay with
PayPal, money order or personal check. Our e-mail address is

Checkout

When you are ready to place your order, click the "checkout" button at the bottom of your order form. You will be prompted to register at that time.
Fill out the registration form with your e-mail address, a password to use for future visits to e-maginativegifts.com, and your shipping address. All of your customer information will be securely stored and saved. You can update your personal information at any time by going to "Your Account".

Redeeming a Virtual Gift Card

Activating your Virtual Gift Card takes only a few steps:

• Select the link that appears in the Virtual Gift Card e-mail you received. If you
  are unable to click through this link, please cut and paste it from the e-mail
  into the address field of your browser.
• Enter your username and password.
• Enter the Virtual Gift Card number and e-mail address which appear in the e-
  mail you received.
• Shop at e-maginativegifts and your gift card credit will appear when you checkout.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

When will my order arrive?

Assuming that the item you ordered is in stock, orders are processed within one businessday of receipt of payment by credit card. In case you prefer to order by e-mail orders will be processed within one business day of receipt of payment with Paypal or money order, or within one business day after clearance of a personal check.

The orders are sent using the US Postal Services. Small packages are sent by first class mail; larger packages are sent by Priority Mail. First class mail normally takes 3 to 4 days to arrive at destination; priority mail normally takes 2 to 3 business days.

In the event that an item is out of stock, we will contact you to inquire whether you would like to cancel your order or wait until the back ordered items arrive.
