How can I track the status of my order?

 

If you are a registered customer you can track your order by going to the Home Page, click on “Customer Service”, scroll down and clickon  “Order Status/History”, log into your account and view the status of your order.

 

Alternatively, you can go to the US postal homepage at http://www.usps.comand track your package using the tracking number that was assigned to your shipment. Your tracking number will be provide in the e-mail confirming the shipment of your order.

 

Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it?

 

Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. For details go to

Home Page, click on “Customer Service”, scroll down the options menu and click on “Returns Policy”.

 

How do I place an order online?

 

Once you have decided to purchase an item that interests you, simply click the "add to cart" button. This button can be found under the description of the item. After clicking the button, a page will be displayed describing the items contained in the shopping bag.

Click the "continue shopping" button if you wish to return to the store to purchase more items, or click "checkout" to complete your order.

How do I determine the shipping charges on my order?

 

To find out what your shipping charges will be go to the Home Page, click on “Customer Service”, scroll down and choose “Shipping Charges” to read all the details.

 

Will you charge sales tax on my order?

 

Sales tax of 5% is charged to customers in the State of Virginia; no sales tax is charged to customers in the other US states.

 

I can't find the item I'm looking for. How can I search for it?

 

To find an item you are looking for, you can use either of these options:

> On the Home Page, move your mouse over one of the Departments (Women, Men, Baby, Kids, Home, Office, Holidays), scroll down to a product type (e.g. Jewelry) and click on either a product type or a product category (e.g. earrings which is a sub-menu of Jewelry). This will bring you to a page with all items we currently offer in that category. Click on an item to view a picture of the item and read more details. Click on "add to cart" to add an item to your shopping cart.

> On the Home Page, enter a product name or keyword in the search space and click on Search to find out if we currently have an item that matches your product description or keyword.

> On the Home Page, click on Gift Cards, fill in the page and send a friend a Virtual Gift Card for e-maginativeGifts.

 

Will e-maginativegifts ship to an international address?

 

Yes. For details on shipping and handling charges go to the Home Page, click “Customer Service”, scroll down the options and choose “Shipping Charges”.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

 

We accept credit cards (VISA, Mastercard), Paypal, Personal Checks and Money Orders. You can use the Website when using a credit card or calling/faxing the # to us (telephone toll free 1-866-534366 or locally 1-703-534-3666;or fax your order to 1-703 5348827). Personal Checks and Money Orders should be mailed to e-maginativegifts, 3850 North River Street, Arlington VA 22207.

Why is my item on backorder?

 

An item can be on back order because it is temporarily sold out. In this case it has been re-ordered from the supplier in the country and take some time before the item is shipped back to e-maginativegifts.

 

How do I change my e-mail address?

 

To change your e-mail address go to the Home Page, click “Customer Service”, scroll down the options and choose “Your account”. Enter the new e-mail address and click “Update Account”.
