This sundress was hand smocked by women in Vietnam. The women smock the dresses at home and sell them through a women’s cooperative. Please note that the dresses size small. Customers normally buy a dress size one to two years higher than the actual age of the child. The dress closes with buttons and a sash. Mixture of cotton and polyester.
